Why this coach.

"Most coaches teach you what to do. A physio teaches you how your body actually does it. I do both — in the same session."

Saba Sedaghatkish is a Registered Physiotherapist (MSc PT, University of Toronto · BSc Kinesiology, York) and one of the most decorated young volleyball coaches in Ontario. He serves as Head Coach of the Seneca Sting (OCAA) and leads the Venom Vipers 17U championship program — multiple Provincial, National, and Grand Prix titles, and a roster of NCAA D1 commits.

Every drill in his camps is built on a clinical understanding of how athletes develop, load, and recover. No wasted reps. No injury-rate pattern drills. Real preparation for real volleyball.
